Problem
In the ongoing coronavirus epidemic, it was important to showcase correct medical information to all Aditya Birla Group employees. This information included COVID-19 treatment hospitals, laboratories, ambulances, useful links & helpline details.
Before our solution, the data was fragmented and scattered in different digital and offline avenues. Our task was to constitute a single database that can be updated frequently & accessible by all employees with ease.
Solution
Eiosys team along with Aditya Birla Group’s Code Red team carried out multiple exhaustive remote brainstorming sessions to define the new product. We formulated the workflow of managing and displaying the data in the application.
Our app covered the following data in the application:
- COVID-19 Guidelines
- Hospitals List: Government & Private
- Labs: Government & Private
- Ambulances
- Quarantine Support
Impact
Eiosys team and Aditya Birla Code Red team worked tirelessly to ensure that the app was up and running in record time.
Not only was the app an instant hit among everyone, but it also helped various affected victims to find the right validated information & reach the proper authorities.
Information such as finding the precise hospital or lab in the desired location was made obtainable at one’s fingertips which otherwise could have taken a few precious hours.
