Exceed Insurance Agency Inc. is a prominent insurance agency in the USA. It was founded in 2000 and has its offices in Sacramento and Indianapolis. The company wanted a brand new website for its business to present its services and products in an attractive way.
Also, they wanted to streamline and digitize different touchpoints of the customers with their organization. To achieve this, they wanted to integrate their customer management system with the website.
Solution
We conducted multiple call sessions with the client to understand their vision much better. Our team identified vital data fields required on each page. We created wireframes and planned the user experience journey. Our technology team finalized a WordPress based website development for this project.
Once we had the structure in place, we started creating individual screens. We adopted the client’s logo colors and brand guidelines. Each screen was shared with the client for feedback. We crafted custom forms for each of their services and other processes.
After approval of all pages, we moved the website to the staging server so that client could give us wholistic feedback. We integrated their customer management system with the website. Google Analytics was integrated into the website. Our testing and quality assurance team assured that the website was properly mobile optimized and bug-free.On final approval, the website was made live and linked to their domain.
