Fornax Diamonds is one of the foremost traders of loose diamonds and jewelry. The company has a vast inventory of champagne-colored diamonds of different sizes, shapes, and cuts.
The company needed a custom web portal to allow them to showcase its current diamonds and jewelry inventory to potential customers around the globe and capture orders in real-time. One important problem that the company wanted to address was to avoid two clients ordering the same product.
We conducted our analysis and planning sessions with the client to understand their requirements in greater detail. We built an architecture that would best satisfy their purpose.
The UI and UX design team were able to whip up wireframe and website design on Adobe XD in just a couple of weeks. Once the client gave their approval, our coders jumped to action using the approved designs as a foundation.
Each week, we conducted call sessions with the client to ensure they were well informed of our progress and to pin down any details that had yet to be finalized. Once we felt the final product was close to completion, we began testing its functionalities. Our team of quality assurance specialists tested the website for errors and fitted it with mechanisms that would allow it to remain in top working condition going forward.
Once satisfied, our team presented the website to the client and released it. We were pleased that our hard work had paid off and it was greatly appreciated by the client. Now our team has a continued relationship with the client, helping them out on an as-needed basis with updates, maintenance support, and guidance on how to better use features of the website portal.
