Problem:
Since 1981, Bombay Kitchen has become synonymous with Indian cuisine in the USA. The company manufactures and provides a variety of different delicacies.
The company needed a new website that would be consumer-friendly. A site that could highlight their products in an innovative way and make it easier to find all relevant information.
The client wanted to include landing pages and contact forms on the website to capture a myriad of business inquiries from supermarkets, retail stores as well as other companies interested in representing Bombay Kitchen in their area. The client was particularly interested in getting franchise inquiries for Bombay Kitchens’s retail outlets.
Solution:
We got to work discussing the client’s needs and outlining a solution. Our designer used their talent to create wireframes and mock-ups based on the information they had uncovered during these initial discussion sessions.
They continued with the iterations in page design based on feedback from the client till they were approved. Now it was our developer’s turn to make the magic happen.
Our tech team opted for WordPress technology for implementation. They translated each UI design into a web page. They built a custom theme on WordPress using Elementor page builder.
The development was presented to the client on a weekly basis to capture their feedback. This continued till the website was complete.
Our testers tested the website for bugs and errors. Once satisfied we handed the website over to the client for review. The client was impressed by the outcome and gave us the go-ahead to release the website. Currently, we perform regular maintenance and support activities for the website.
